I am Syed Zakir Hossain, the founder and CEO of Lotus Chem. I have concluded a long and glorious career in the Bangladesh Army and have now retired. I served in the Bangladesh Army as a Warrant Officer and also proudly carried out duties in the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Ivory Coast. There, I worked alongside the UN forces on important missions and contributed to establishing peace in the regions under my responsibility.
My professional journey began with joining the Bangladesh Army. I held significant responsibilities for many years and am extremely proud of the role I played in serving and ensuring the security of the nation. I also took part in the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Ivory Coast, where my leadership and responsibilities became one of the key milestones in my career.
I started my education at Ali Azam High School & College, Munshihat, Fulgazi, and later graduated from Feni Government College. During my school and college life, I focused on rigorous study and developing leadership qualities, which have played an effective role in my professional life today.
In 2021, I founded Lotus Chem. I established this company to supply industrial chemical raw materials, and from the beginning, my goal was to provide world-class products and services. I firmly believe that any business can achieve success through proper leadership, ethics, and respect.
Currently, I am dedicated to contributing to various industrial sectors through my company. Lotus Chem is not only achieving business success but is also playing a significant role in the country's development through its services.
My life and career are guided by two essential principles: hard work and moral responsibility. I believe that a leader is not only responsible for his team but also for society. Therefore, I am always committed to fulfilling my responsibilities properly.
In the future, Lotus Chem will continue to expand and successfully compete in the international market, and I am deeply committed to the development of my employees and creating an enhanced work environment for them.
আমি Syed Zakir Hossain, লোটাস ক্যাম-এর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা এবং প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা (CEO)। আমি বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনীতে দীর্ঘ এবং গৌরবময় ক্যারিয়ার শেষ করে বর্তমানে অবসর গ্রহণ করেছি। বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনীতে আমি Warrant Officer হিসেবে কর্মরত ছিলাম, এবং জাতিসংঘ শান্তিরক্ষা মিশনে আইভরি কোস্টে গৌরবের সাথে দায়িত্ব পালন করেছি। সেখানে আমি জাতিসংঘ বাহিনীর সাথে একত্রে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মিশন সম্পাদন করি এবং আমার দায়িত্বে থাকা অঞ্চলগুলিতে শান্তি প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য অবদান রাখি।
আমার পেশাগত জীবন শুরু হয় বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনীতে যোগদানের মাধ্যমে। সেখানে আমি বহু বছর ধরে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দায়িত্ব পালন করি এবং দেশসেবা ও নিরাপত্তার জন্য যে ভূমিকা পালন করেছি, তার জন্য আমি অত্যন্ত গর্বিত। আমি জাতিসংঘ শান্তিরক্ষা মিশনে আইভরি কোস্টে গৌরবময় দায়িত্ব পালন করেছি এবং সেখানে আমার নেতৃত্ব এবং দায়িত্ব পালন অভিজ্ঞতা আমার পেশাগত জীবনের অন্যতম মাইলফলক।
আমার শিক্ষা জীবন শুরু আলী আজম উচ্চ বিদ্যালয় ও কলেজ , মুন্সিহাট ফুলগাজী এবং পরবর্তীতে আমি ফেনী সরকারি কলেজ থেকে স্নাতক ডিগ্রি লাভ করি। স্কুল এবং কলেজ জীবনে আমি কঠোর অধ্যয়ন এবং নেতৃত্বের গুণাবলী অর্জন করতে চেষ্টা করেছিলাম, যা আজকের পেশাগত জীবনে আমার জন্য কার্যকর ভূমিকা পালন করেছে।
২০২১ সালে আমি লোটাস ক্যাম প্রতিষ্ঠা করি। এই প্রতিষ্ঠানটি আমি গড়ে তুলেছি শিল্প রাসায়নিক কাঁচামাল সরবরাহের জন্য, এবং শুরু থেকেই আমার লক্ষ্য ছিল বিশ্বমানের পণ্য ও সেবা প্রদান করা। আমি সর্বদা বিশ্বাস করি যে, সঠিক নেতৃত্ব, নৈতিকতা, এবং সম্মান প্রদর্শন করে যে কোনো ব্যবসা সাফল্য অর্জন করতে পারে।
বর্তমানে, আমি আমার প্রতিষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে দেশের বিভিন্ন শিল্প খাতে অবদান রাখার জন্য নিবেদিত। লোটাস ক্যাম শুধুমাত্র ব্যবসায়িক সাফল্য অর্জন করছে না, বরং আমাদের সেবার মাধ্যমে দেশের উন্নতিতে ভূমিকা রাখছে।
আমার জীবন ও ক্যারিয়ারকে দুইটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মূলমন্ত্র দ্বারা পরিচালিত করেছি: কঠোর পরিশ্রম এবং নৈতিক দায়িত্ব। আমি বিশ্বাস করি, একজন নেতা শুধু তার দলের জন্য নয়, বরং সমাজের জন্যও দায়িত্বশীল। সুতরাং, আমি সঠিকভাবে দায়িত্ব পালন করতে সর্বদা প্রতিজ্ঞাবদ্ধ।
ভবিষ্যতে, লোটাস ক্যাম আরও বিস্তৃত হয়ে আন্তর্জাতিক বাজারে সফলভাবে প্রতিযোগিতা করবে, এবং আমি আমার কর্মীদের উন্নয়ন এবং তাদের জন্য উন্নত কর্মপরিবেশ সৃষ্টির প্রতি দৃঢ়ভাবে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
